Design of Beams

After the beams have been set up they need to be designed and checked. The composite module automatically recalculates the results each time an element of the design criteria is altered so that the design is up to date. The design summary area under the calcs indicates at a glance which parts, if any, of the design are not passing - these unity values are highlighted in red. Also the background of the calcs will be blue if there is a design or dimensional failure with a warning shown beside the area of failure. The background will also be blue if there is a failure in any of the openings.
