Additional Loads

Additional point and partially distributed loads can be added to the beam in addition to the area loadings already applied on the Floor Information tab.

Note that these additional loads are not multiplied by the beam spacing whereas the loads entered on the Floor Information tab will be multiplied by the spacings to the adjacent beams.

Up to 11 point loads can be added to the beam by entering their positions from the start of the beam, along with the separate dead, live and superimposed dead loading in kN. Additional Partially Distributed loads can also be included where the start and finish dimensions of the loads are entered in kN/m.
