Quick Start Guide

Required Software

This manual will require you to have access to MasterBeam Composite Beam Design, or PowerPad. For SlimFloor design you will also need the add-on module MasterBeam Composite Slimfloor. The composite beam design can also be integrated with the MasterSeries Building Design Suite to provide an integrated frame analysis and design model.

MasterBeam Composite Beam Design provides a powerful and extremely user friendly program for the design of primary, secondary and mixed primary-secondary composite beams with or without web openings to BS 5950-3 + A1, EuroCode 4-1-1 and all relevant SCI Publications and EuroCode NCCI documents.

Version Information

This manual has been written for version 2018.12 of the MasterSeries software suite. Subsequent versions of the software may have additional features, or changes in layout, however the general procedure will remain the same.
