Top Menus

The top menus vary depending whether the Simplified Interface is being used or not used. Since, in the simplified interface much of the work is carried out automatically by the program, the Editor menu is much shorter and only contains a few items because the user can make most changes to the portal frames in the tabs at the bottom of the screen.
